(hola Rodri, ¿como estás?)
Les extraño a todos y espero que todavía están hablando inglés en la clase… ¡y nada más!

Hi I was surfing around and found your website, I am planning to go to Jiquilpan which is about 15 mts from Sahuayo to teach English. I was wondering if you could give me some leads for ESL schools in Sahuayo?

We passed through this town and all I can say is that pictures can be deceiving. The town is very, very dirty, very noisy, packed with people riding the noisiest possible motorbikes and motorcycles, typical “redneck style Mexican living, rather “Chicano” style, with that horrible banda music which has ruined the culture, with people driving cars with their music turned-up at full blast, with no concern for others. The old-style colonial architecture of homes has been replaced by uninspired cement structures. In short, a place without interest. Yes, it has a big market. So what? There are many Mexican towns that are far more picturesque–especially in Michoacan. I couldn’t imagine living here…why would one want to do that?
